Shipping & Returns
All items are delivered via major courier companies; Parcel Force, Yodel, Hermes and subject to the availability of sock we aim to get all orders delivered to their new homes within 5 working days, however this will not include bespoke orders, or orders were we have advised you otherwise.
Personalised or Engraved Items:
Items that have been engraved or personalised, including Jewellery & Homewares, are none refundable apart from items that are defective or damaged.
The standard delivery to UK mainland charge is based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket before discounts and delivery pricing is applied to your order. Below you will see a breakdown of delivery costs:

Delivery of items is subject to availability and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any items not available to be posted or delivered due to adverse weather. However, we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives safe and sound.
Defective Goods and Returns
A large majority of our furniture is Artisan which means it has been hand crafted from solid wood, which is what makes it special and unique – ( that’s why you bought it in the first place, no?!) what this means is that no two pieces are alike, each piece will have its own uniqueness. These pieces are hand made from solid wood and will likely have a variation in size, colour, finish, fabric, texture, natural grain pattern, knots, movement of timber etc, these are an integral part of the way products are made and promoted. We strongly recommend you to ensure that you have made yourself fully aware about the nature of our offered hand-made solid wood products to avoid any disenchantment at a later stage. We regret we will NOT treat any of the above variations as defects, as these are natural occurrences
What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery (at your own cost) for a full refund (less return or collection costs). Please let us know within 24hours of delivery and return it within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.
Please note: You will need to repackage the item to the same standards as it was delivered in order for our delivery partners to collect. In some cases it will mean you will have to dismantle.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives or you have sent the wrong item?
OH ME OH MY has a quality team that vigorously check your furniture to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, they carefully pad and wrap each item so damage is rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it. If you’re not happy with the goods when you inspect them, let our delivery partner know or note this on the form and ask them to return it.
You have 30 days from delivery to check your item for defects. If you only realise after the delivery that you’re unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement, which ever we deem is more economical. Please note that we will not accept liability for damaged goods if 30 days have passed since you took delivery.
Please note: You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it, in order for our delivery partners to collect. They will not collect any item that has not been properly packaged up.
